Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using 100 Days / 100 Ways (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by [legal entity — replace before launch].
The service
100 Days / 100 Ways provides a prepaid 100-day prompt experience and, after Day 100, free-for-life daily positive messages for completers (Phase 2). Features may evolve; we may add, change, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where required.
Not medical care / not therapy
The Service is not therapy, not emergency services, not medical advice, and not diagnosis or treatment. It offers daily prompts and messages for reflection and support only. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care. No outcome is guaranteed.

Eligibility
You must be old enough to use the App Store / Google Play under their rules and applicable law. [Minimum age and parental consent — counsel before launch.]
Accounts & gifts
Givers purchase a prepaid seat and send unlock by SMS. Recipients redeem prepaid access. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google and subject to their terms and refund rules. Price for a prepaid gift seat: $5.99 (subject to store listing; taxes may apply).
You are responsible for the accuracy of phone numbers you enter. Do not send gifts to people who have asked you not to contact them. Misuse of SMS / gift features may result in suspension.
Acceptable use
- No harassment, stalking, or unwanted contact via gift SMS
- No spam, bulk abuse, or automated misuse of gift / unlock features
- No attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service
- No unlawful use of the Service
Content
Prompts and Phase 2 messages are for personal reflection. User answers belong to the user; shared answers are shown to the chosen gifter only when the recipient confirms Share. You grant us a limited license to host and display your content solely to operate the Service (including showing Shared answers to the intended gifter).
Intellectual property
The Service, brand name 100 Days / 100 Ways, prompts, and Phase 2 messages are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any medical or emergency purpose. [Counsel to finalize capitalization / jurisdiction-specific wording.]
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

Indemnity

Termination
